Q: Where is my order number?
A: You are assigned an order number at the end of check out. You should also receive your order number in a confirmation email addressed to the email provided in your order. It is also listed on the invoice included with your package.

Q:How does the order tracking works?
A: Order tracking is a kind of an accumulating machine that keep the information about your order. With it help you may discover the status of your order. You should enter your order ID that consists of 10 number and push the button "TRACK".
Our Express mail providers: UPS, DHL, EMS and the regular mail USPS will provide you with the necessary information.
If the delivering has been started you will be informed about its status. There are some variants of your ordere status. It may be already sent or not.
So,with the help of "order tracking" you will find a detailed information about your order.

If your order status does not appear, it may be due to:

• * tracking information is only retained for recent shipments (up to 2 months);
• * you have entered incorrect information;
• * your order was received in the last 24 hours, or over the weekend, and we have not yet processed it.
