Check the status of your orders here.
We list the status of your recent internet orders as either shipped, pending or backordered.

1. If your order has already been shipped, the actual ship date is shown along with your UPS, DHL, EMS or USPS tracking number and a link to the express mail website to track it.

2. If your order is pending or backordered, our estimated ship date is shown. This information is updated at the end of each business day.

To check your order status, please enter your 10-digit order number, which you received when ordering online.

If your order status does not appear, it may be due to:

• * tracking information is only retained for recent shipments (up to 2 months);
• * you have entered incorrect information;
• * your order was received in the last 24 hours, or over the weekend, and we have not yet processed it.
